Our OLY program consists of two hour-and-a-half long classes per week (plus an open gym) led by our specialized weighlifting coaches. These classes are exclusively meant for lifting; there is rarely a "cardio" piece. The program is designed to help you excel in the the Olympic lifts; snatches and clean and jerks. If you are looking to get strong, this is the class for you!
CrossFit Plainville Kids offers a strength and conditioning program designed for children ages 7-12. We focus on the importance of well-rounded athletes and developing a lifelong love for health and fitness. Kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that are fundamental to all things kids do when they play! Our workouts consist of skill practice, endurance, games and stretching being done through elements of gymnastics, light weightlifting and bodyweight movements.
